Erin Donovan

Erin skated competitively from 1992-2001 in both synchronized skating and freestyle. She was a 4 year member of the Miami University Senior Varsity Team as well as team captain and club president during her senior year. She has coached the Hockettes for 13 years and in that time worked with skaters at every age and skill level from beginner - masters. She has coached the junior team to 2 national titles, 7 national medals, and 2 junior world challenge cup appearances. Additionally, Erin coaches the University of Michigan Collegiate team and coached Team Mexico at the 2015 World Synchronized Skating Championships. She was named Synchronized Coach of the Year in 2005 by the P.S.A. and U.S.F.S.

Ashley Palmer

Ashley‘s biggest dream came true when she traveled to Russia to study at the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy. She attended the world famous academy that produced Mikhail Baryshnikov, Rudolf Nureyev and New York City Ballet founder George Balanchine.

At the age of 14, Ashley was the youngest member of the Ann Arbor Ballet Theatre‘s Company. Ashley also served as dance demonstrator for Jurgen Schneider (former personal coach to Baryshnikov) at the International Teacher‘s Workshop at Western Michigan University. She is a member of the Professional Dance Teachers Association and the International Vaganova Society.

In '98 Ashley attended Ballet Intensive from Moscow where she had the opportunity to study with Dimitri Roudnev, former dancer with the Bolshoi Ballet in Russia. In '99, Ashley graduated with honors from Siena Heights University with a Degree in Business.

Ashley is the coach of the Elite Ballet Team and has recently completed her Certification in Pilates through Balanced Body University. Ashley has trained extensively at Core Arts Pilates in Jackson, MI since 2008.  She has also studied at Pilates Napa Valley in California and Pilates Loft Studio in Ann Arbor, MI.  The summer of 2011, Ashley was honored to combine her knowledge of Ballet and Pilates when she was asked to join the faculty at the Joffrey Ballet/Magnus Midwest Intensive and The Flint School of Performing Arts Ballet Intensive as a Pilates Instructor.

She has also Choreographed Musical's for Adrian High School, Siena Heights University and The Croswell Opera House.  Ashley also enjoys teaching dance at the Adrian College Bulldog Skating Camp and to the Adrian College Synchronized Skating Team.

Erin Cullen

Erin is returning to AC Bulldog Skating Camp for her second season this summer.  She is a sectional, national, and international synchronized skating consultant, and former World and Team USA competitor.  She has served (and currently serves) on a number of US Figure Skating committees, designed to promote the success of synchronized skating domestically and abroad.

Bio:  Jennifer Heurlin-Brenne has been teaching in Kalamazoo since 1993.  In that time she has coached skaters to the Junior National level as well as coaching skaters through several Gold Medal level tests including Moves in the Field, Freestyle and Ice Dance.  Jennifer graduated from Western Michigan University with a BS in Merchandising.  She is married to Richard, a high school science teacher, and they have 2 daughters, Jordan and Natalie, who also skate.
